Well, not actually _inside_, but close enough . . . A customer purchased an empty Pismo VST Expansion Bay HD module from me and managed to wire an external 5 1/5" DVD-R drive through its interface. He was able to get the cabling worked out and can now burn DVDs using iDVD. The drive does indeed show up as an internal burner, the point of the whole exercise of course.
