I called Apple and paid the $350.00 plus It will be a lot more than $350 if she sent it in to Apple! If you want to think about Apple support options you need to ask yourself 2 questions: 1) Do you have Applecare? 2) Are you still within the warranty period? If none of the above it'll cost you
