Perhaps it isn't totally ontopic, but its rather full-featured for
its price *and* everything works without paying. So just download it
and try it, see if it'll do what you want. I own photoshop (and have

Lifetime registration, and it does stuff no PC
shareware program will do. Great instruction manual,
if you'll take the time to read it ;-)

I have nothing but positive things to say about GC. That is the best
shareware prog out there IMHO.
