Hi gang, I'm running OS X (10.2.2) on my wallstreet... I wrote last week about having trouble that has narrowed itself down to the modem, since my pb 1400 connects and runs fine at the same location (though I'm running OS 9.1 on the pb 1400).
Though I just bought a replacement for the wallstreet internal modem, and will install it when I get it, I have a PC card modem, and installed it, and the modem seems to be recognized by the system (it shows up in the header menu); when I try to select the modem in the TCP/IP, it will only give me the option of selecting a modem located in either the printer/modem slot, or the internal modem, so I can't complete the "installation" of the PC card modem. Any suggestions? Sid B -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
