want to upgrade to OSX10.2, which I think should have 32? will 10.2 work

10.2 will work with any hardware that 10.1 did, however you do not get
the Quartz Extreme enhancement with cards that have 16mb of vram. On
that note, the iBook's Video card cannot be replaced, leaving you the
