Pretty tricky operation. I replaced a hinge by peeling the side of the screen open (just the border) and took out the broken pieces. screwed a new hinge in and knocked carefully the peeled border back. It is a little-bit bubbled now, but works great. Use a heavy glue to keep the frame together a
