Dear Listers,

First of all, I'm sorry to plague you with my questions, but my Lombard is acting up, so I figured here would be the best source for answers.

There is a thin, green (on a white background) line running vertically through my display, about three inches in from the right side. It's really annoying, but not critical. However, I'd like to know what could cause this. The line showed up first when I was watching a DVD under OS 9, and it hasn't gone away when I rebooted into OS X. I cleaned the display about two minutes prior to the line showing up, and a second line has appeared of a red hue, as I type this email. I really hope the display isn't failing on this machine, but you never can tell.

Please give me some hope, or a fix,
Caleb,
