I'm a new here and coming for help. I have a PowerBook G3 Lombard
running at 333 MHz with 64 MB RAM. I would like to upgrade RAM but all
my attempts failed. I ordered 256 MB stick from Mac dealer specially for
this computer and got it replaced twice with no effect. Computer is

Isn't the bus on a Lombard running at 66 Mhz?

Yes, but it still takes PC100 memory. I have a 256MB low profile PC100
in my Wallstreet's lower slot, and it's not a problem. I think that in
some cases, computers with a certain bus can take faster memory upgrades.
