When I sent my Wallstreet in to Powerbook Parts for the hinge repair, <http://www.pbparts.com/store/agora.cgi?p_id=wssr&cart_id=>, I had them install a 256 Mb RAM chip in the lower slot. Runs fine, only complaint was that the memory test on start up gets much longer when you add RAM. I switched off the memory test (hold down Command+Option while opening the memory control panel to enable the option) and am happier with the faster start up.
