A Pismo QuickTime OSX question

Hi Everybody, I recently installed OSX.2 in my Pismo and I 've been experiencing a wierd thing. When I download QT mpegs, especially large ones they play in a very abbreviated manner. Like one that's 100 megs or more will complete at about a minute into it and I KNOW that it's much longer.
