OT Need Phone Recording help

I desperately need to figure out how to record phone conversations (interviews) into my 15 PB (OS 10.3.9, Skype, AudioHijack Pro, Audacity, Sound Studio). I also have Vonage and will consider adding Softphone or Skypeout, but only when I know I can record what I need. I bought the Griffin
