Greetings 'Lista's,
Probably a stupid question...Does anyone know of a utility or whatever that can be used to check the actual drive speed of a unit? I am running 10.3.9 on this Pismo and also on my iMac SE 400...The Pismo has the 10gig factory Toshiba drive that I think is rated at 4200 rpm. Sometime it seems really snappy and other times seems to lag...I use DiskWarrior 3.0.2 regularly and it always shows the drive working ok. I have a Maxtor 80 gig in the iMac that i think is rated at 7200rpm.. I don't want to seem to be a worry wort but I would just like to be able to occasionally check the speeds if there seems to be undue lagging...
Thanks in advance and Regards,
Mike Kochkodin
