Under Network ( System Preferences) -Ethernet adapter Under TC/IP Setup, Configure-Using DCHP (do not put in ip address let Server do that) Under System Preferences, Wireless Config - Put in name of network , then hit Apply Now to activate. You should see a signal strength on the display.
