A friend just scanned some old home movies into his computer and made some VCDs for me.
I can play them on my Lombard (400 MHz OS 9.2.2 ) with Apple Video Player (version 1.7.3) but Quicktime (version 5.0.2) and Apple DVD player (version 1.3) don't seem to see them.
Is there a better VCD player out there?
If not is there something I should be doing differently?
I should also be investigating player software for my Mom's Wallstreet (255 Mhz OS 9.2.2) and my brother's Beige desktop (OS 8.6).
I'm also going to try and connect to the TV, my set has S-video inputs so I'm guessing I need an S-video cable to the TV and a sound cable to my stereo.
