If your using it with a 'book, then they aren't exactly portable. I'm looking to use one with my PBG4, so I can use 802.11g and so I can get a better signal than the internal antennas. I've got a DWL-G122, but apparently you need a certain revision for it to work with the Mac. On May 10, 200

I found well priced wireless USB adapters (802.11b&g) by Trendware offered on Buy.com. I'm wondering if you've had any experience with either of these, and can recommend whether I buy them to usw with my 500 MHz iBook OS 10.3.9 and my Wallstreet II 233 MHz OS 9.2.2? The 802.11b unit, Model TEW-229
