Hello All,
I'm obviously a newbie, and would like to appeal to
the experienced G3 PBook users here for a tip. I've
just purchased a Pismo on eBay for my son's Christmas
present, which looks to be in excellent condition
based on photos and the replies of the seller to my
numerous and pointed questions during the auction.
(yes, I'm a pain... ;-] )
Of course, the machine is bound to have a few minor
scuffs (unlike my 1400 which seems to have been used
in a padded room during it's former existence). Is
there anything that you folks have used to "buff up"
the case to minimise the appearance of scuffs? For me
I wouldn't care, but for a Christmas present I want it
to look as pristine as possible and I just couldn't
swing a new book even if I thought it would be a
better present. (give me an old Mac anyday,
personally)
I've already gotten screen cleaner and a keyboard
cover for the Book, which seems to have no markings on
the screen from key contact according to the seller
and judging from the photos.
   Thanks.

David Thrower
