Willi
I'm using a silver Wavelan in my Lombard running 9.2.2.
The standard Apple Airport drivers seem to work fine with my Linksys BEFWIISF wireless router.
I can connect fine and eject the card with the driver extensions "on" (I tried the Lucent drivers under OS 8.6 which worked fine but I had to switch the extensions off before I could eject the card))
The airport control panel (1.3.1) always says "status not available" but shows the signal level and connects to the hub so I haven't worried about it.
I did have a problem shutting the Lombard down after ejecting the card (would lock up) but I seem to have fixed it somehow....
Let me know if I can help further.
