Not sure if there is enough padding or not as i made a small padded sleeve out of quilting material and slip it into a case i just bought at Ikea... they are on sale for $9.99 (Canadian) and fit the Lombard perfectly... might take a look if your near an Ikea and the U.S. ones have them...

Subject: suggestion for small, padded PB300 carry case?

My Wallstreet II 300 recently died. I have a replacement one on the
way but I think that I killed the old one by setting it down too
hard; I usually carry it inside a backpack that has no padding in the
bottom. I have always thought that I was setting it down really
gently but perhaps I was too rough in spite of good intentions.

I would like to find/buy a small case that is padded at least around
the outer edges and holds ONLY the computer (preferably not even the
power cord).

Any suggestions?
