The first thing I did was run the disk utilities off the disk fix the permissions it went through and fix alot of stuff then I also use Drive 10 and also disk warrior. They find alot stuff wrong sometimes .I do that a least once 8 weeks or so on Jag and also now with panther I have to say. I

I disagree. I've been using Panther for about a month now. I'm torn down the middle whether it's better or not. It certainly has more glitter. But the number of times an application quits unexpectantly is enormous. I'm talking Mail, Sarfari, Mozilla, Tex-Edit Plus- literally every application.

Hi all, Bought on Ebay a Ultra ATA 133 Acard 6280M. Installed it in my G3 DT 266 with a G4 466 upgrade, Apple Systemprofiler shows the card as SCSI Card and also the drive connected, the drive don't show on the desktop and in the SCSI Probe it shows as not mounted, if I try to mount the drive I g
