OK, Apple's instructions are off. To perform a hard factory reset on model A1034 (APE with built-in modem), hold down the reset button (I'd recommend a pen - don't know why Apple says to use a paper clip) for *fifteen* seconds, until the lights start blinking. That'll reset the router. I've got an
