I have a 1.8GHz G5 PowerMac. Soon i'll get a double 2.3GHz G5. Do you
see anything wrong with simply removing the hard drives from my
current G5 and placing them in the newer one?
The switch should work just fine, shouldn't it?

If you need to, get a larger HDD. 320GB is good, but the more, the better.
RAM upgrades is always an option, since more RAM memory can make a computer
faster.

Yeah, my first inclination was to do a migration assist. Maybe I'll do
that with the primary drive, and swap the secondary drive.
Unless the drive in the 1.8GHz is larger then I would just use
Migration Assistant to move the 1.8 to the Dual 2.3 machine. But a
drive swap is simple to do and
