I bought a 250 GB EX Hard drive, with Oxford 911 chipset.
but i can't get it to mount, what's wrong, is it firmware?
or is it 128 G HDD size limit.

Check the firmware. If it's lower than v.4.0, upgrade the firmware and
it should work.
