I solved the problem.
I did extensive web searching and while seeking the pin out of the PS
for my Mac, I found someone that recommended that someone with the
same symptoms on the same Mac, after unplugging EVERYTHING and making
sure that the 3.6v battery is good, try pushing the Cuda/PMU button
