Hi All, After several hours of frustration, it was a simple fix! iTunes 9.0.1 requires the newest Safari 4 whatever...the latest version. I don't use Safari so I didn't pay any attention to it. I opened Safari to check the version and noticed I had "never accept cookies" checked. Changing that to "always accept" fixed the iTunes store problem. Thanks for your input. Bill
