I have installed a Galaxy instance on my local server and it runs well.
However I have some problems with directories.
I want to create a workflow that takes a directory of files (e.g. 10)
and repeatedly working on all files and then output another set of files
(10) which are piped

Now I try install Galaxy into our local servers,
and I largely-successful run Galaxy at local server with Apache-proxy.
However, I encounter problem in relation to xsendfile,
the details of my configuration are shown below,
1. I Installed mod_xsendfile
2. set up universe_
We have an instance of Galaxy deployed on a local institutional cluster. It's
working well, but when we import BED files for visualization, Galaxy runs the
processing for these on the cluster. I would like to run these tasks locally
instead.
I understand how to make individual tools run locally

yes, javascript and ssi work and i use them for other purposes (grid load
meter) but i've found it convenient to have two welcome.html files -- e.g.
welcome.html.dev, welcome.html.main -- a use a symlink to point to the
correct one.

I removed to previous instillation just to be safe and performed a new
clone. This time it appears to be less problematic. I am no longer
getting all of the errors. However, I am getting an error due to my
database version. The error is:
galaxy.model.migrate.check DEBUG 2012-

Hi,
I have updated our development installation of Galaxy. This wasn't done for a
long time, so it was a quite old version.
The update is done from galaxy-central.
I did hg pull, hg update and a db update. All that without errors.
But when I now try to start Galaxy, I get the following:
