Are there any docs or examples about how to add/remove tags from items

Hi Guys,
I updated to the latest galaxy distribution today and I cant seem to edit
existing workflows. I've seen others with this error from a Sept 07
distribution (

Can you please verify that you're running the most recent dist?
In the most recent dist, requireJS modules are used, so Dataset is prefixed
with its module, e.g.

Hello Mathieu,
What version of Galaxy are you running? Also, I cannot read the stack trace
from your pasted image, so can you send a text version of the complete stack
trace from your paster log?
Thanks,

You can determine what revision you have by running "hg tip" in the
galaxy checkout. Are you checking out from galaxy-dist or

Hello,
The number of inputs is not fixed for my workflow, maybe I have 6
inputs, maybe more than that, the number of inputs depends on what data
I have for the analysis.
As I know, in a workflow, all inputs should be pre-defined...that is to
say, the number of inputs is known before running on
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am having difficult loading files onto my local galaxy instance. I
have given myself admin status, but when I attempt to add files to a new
library, I get the following message:

Dear all,
I would like to know if it is possible to manage libraries permissions
with the API galaxy, and how to do that.
Thank you for your answer,
Best regards,

Ok, I've found the solution. sam_fa_indices.loc contained relative paths. When I changed to absolute
paths it worked.

Hi all,
I would find the "New Galaxy tool shed repository alert" more useful
if the important details were at the start of the message, so this is
shown in the 'peek' text of my email client (in this case, GoogleMail).
Perhaps going further the new repository's name could be in the
title?
Thanks
Thanks for your suggestion, Hans-Rudolf. Unfortunately, no success.
Looking into it bit deeper. Keep suggestions coming ;-)
