I have installed Galaxy in local and I want to set a file download link in
galaxy help. I want the user to download a small data-set from the help
with a link. However, the general HTML download syntax does not take
effect, look the figure I set.
Anyone knows how to set the download lin

I was trying to say - that I believe this was recently changed to
allow Galaxy served over HTTPS to access the UCSC in the linked
changeset. I was wondering if you could try to just undo that change
and see if things work for you again.

I think introducing a new a type like mutect.fasa or something is
probably the better idea here. You can create a tool that creates this
datatype and your main mutect tool wrapper can then take an input of

This was the likely week for a GalaxyAdmins meetup. However, only 11
people have filled out the Doodle poll to indicate what times work best for

Yes. I figured out. Nothing wrong with the latest galaxy. I installed and
tested the galaxy server on a remote host. I connected to
the remote machine with X11 forwarding and started the firefox on the
remote machine. I didn't realize somehow firefox actually
ran on my local machine and hence when
