Sometimes histories will not load and appear to error if the server is
being restarted when the load is attempted. Difficult to say if that's what
happened here. It's on the list to give better feedback in that case and
let the user know the server is down.

I just got an email from the user that the history loaded again on its own.
I took a look at the javascript console as you suggested but found no error
messages. I'm not sure if the issue is fixed, but upgrading to a newer

- The galaxy version is "release_2013.01.13".
- The user logged into their galaxy account and saw that their history
wasn't loading on the right-hand side. She got that error message when she
