the config/galaxy.ini is being overwritten when restarting Galaxy
via the CloudMan Console.
Unfortunately I can't find the file, that is used as template.
I searched on the whole machine for "*.cloud", "galaxy.ini*" and
"universe_wsgi.ini*". The only file I found was
"/mnt/cm/installed_files/
