[galaxy-user] galaxy on the cloud - cannot select fastq files when trying to run workflow

as to why I can't select them from the drop down menu in the workflow to begin their alignment. Is it something to do with my security group settings in setting up the EC2 instance? Any assistance you can provide would be great! Thanks, Amit -- Amit
