Just wanted to say I enjoyed watching, especially the point where you
expressed the debugging cycle of the IDE as 'Eating your own shit' superb
use of the phrase and both presenters balked at its untimely arrival in the
conversation. Priceless!

Details: In versions prior to 3.8 you could create a 'Quit' menu item for a
menu assigned to the trayicon and use the items click event to close the
program, cleanly removing the tray icon in the form close
