the bug can be closed when that notes and clarification goes also with comments
on the serial module, due that module no have dedicated mantainer must be
documented inside also! This will help

The SerialPort example has these selections for the Flow control ComboBox1 List
property:
NONE
CRTSCTS
XON/XOFF
CRTSCTS + XON/XOFF
When selecting it uses the ComboBox1/ndex to set the FlowControl
