I confirm that the Cinnamon system tray does not correctly implement the
trayicon protocol. It does not send Click, MiddleClick and Scroll events.

Yes, everything works in 17.1 and 17.2. But there are cahnges in the trayicon
system in 17.3, which seems to break it.
