It depends from your linux.
Lubuntu or Openbox at all:
find your -rc.xml (Lubuntu: ~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml)
all your hotkeys are there between keyboard and /keyboard.
Be carefull, backut that file first.
After save exec in terminal: openbox --reconfigure
