Yep, it works fine with 4.0. That's the version I'm using right now. I know, I'm behind the times I guess. I'm still using Windows Millennium too and I bet I'm the only one. Everyone else is using XP and higher versions of Jaws or Window Eyes, but I figure as long as this system still works
