I think I've only actually managed to get points on the landing level only
once or twice, but I still like the game. Still haven't beaten Lord Vector
yet, but I've gotten to that part of the game several times so I must be
doing something right at least!

Hi.
sorry this one is late.
I've checked the kvm games or whatever their called. Everything looks fine

game being so movement based, I'm slightly worried that not having that map
will provide difficulties.

Yeah, I had no real problems with Troopanum2. It was tough, but then, what's
a game without challenge? Its been literally years since I played, and I
agree dark, Vector was just crazy, but even he can be beaten with a little
time and patience. This is definitely one of the more difficult games
Indeed, but imho the change in difficlty betwene Vector and the rest of the
game seemed a bit mad.
i got to the point where I could get to vector every time with at least four
lives left and he'd always blow me away.
I've got him sinse then of course, but I think it took me more time and
It just takes practice to get this stuff right. I had the same stuff you
experienced the same problems.
Got it in the end though, just takes practice.

I only use the items when I'm in total danger. By that I mean like a whole

Superlasers I save for the big fight on level 16.
It's awesome.

I usually listen for the lowest pitched shalleaps, get them first, and then go
for the kill. If I have a few
items which I don't use, I get the lifters as fast as I can then get the others.
Kinda interesting how I do it.

Personally, i like to use ground nukes as soon as I hit three or four ships

this can't be happening or what ever, snicker.

That is a pretty fun battle, although I haven't gotten that far in quite a
long time. Personally I like level fifteen, since it's composed almost
entirely of Liquidators, entirely on easy Baby Black Hole. I can't tell you

hi all.
Thanks for the tips dark.
But I can't afford allowing a luner lifter to reach orbit as it will either
dispatch a speed round or steal an item or points
If it takes points or dispatch a speed round, that's still ok but its bad if
it steals a special item.

Hi Nicol,
Actually, I think Baby Blackhole is fine as it is. Troopanum does have a
pretty big learning curve so my best advice is to practice, practice,
practice.
Thos liquidators are hard and it is best to use your heavy weapons on
them such as smart bombs if you are being totally swarmed by
But it doesn't kill you. That's the point.

Hi Tyler,
Yeah, I thought you were using a pretty sensitive microphone. Most of
the podcast was clear, but once in the show it got really distorted like
maybe you got in too close to the microphone and it got distorted. That
was mainly why I tossed in that tip.

Hi Nicol,
true, but the upside is that the looner lifters don't hurt you
physically. If they take away points it is better than than loosing a
life. The speed rounds can be tough, but aren't impossible to beat.

Not wanting to brag but. That's what I'm here for. Grin
I've beaten vector on baby black hole, walk in space, half and half, and

think the mission I got on random was baby black. Hmm.
