Nothing turn based? I'd call Kingdom of Loathing, planet gambro and the KoL spinoffs (twilight heroes, soul raver) turn based. They're pretty solid RPG's all in their own right, each has a storyline sidequests to complete, and KoL and Planet Gambro especially have well-fleshed out battle systems
