I have downloaded the patch from the site and pasted the client ID and hit
the download buttons once again. When I launched the game, the same message
that said, "This game is not registered, and will run in demo mode..." So I
am wondering, do I have to uninstall everything and then rein

An easy way to get to your Application Data folder is to go to the run
dialogue and type:

That's part of the path. In that app data folder, create a folder called
BPCPrograms
And then a TDV folder.
Put your Lic.tdv file in there and hopefully it'll work. Still downloading

Double check that you indeed created the path precisely. Omitting one
folder will just confuse the issue. If it can't find the path, then
obviously something is wrong, most likely the path you thought was the
right one really wasn't.
