Hi Jack, You receiving genuine emails in your spam folder is nothing to do with us, it happens to all of us. This is usually something on either your or your ISP's end. If you run your own spam filter or otherwise know how to access your ISP account's spam filter I would make sure that audyssey

Hi, I'm not sure, but it is something to do on your end of things. For whatever reason either your ISP or your spam software has identified any messages dealing with the audyssey.org domain as spam. You might want to see if your ISP has black listed us for some reason as that shouldn't be anything
