I found both of the same things, and indeed got the runtime error on the
builders too. Aprone has been rejiggering the builder ai though to have them
go and be peasants when not building, so maybe it's something to do with
that.

Just before they Finnish it, it would show up as 105%complete.
If it helps I usually play with unit smasher. This might explain some
