Hi Alex. The options menue is actualy on the very first page when you start the game, just hit the lable that says game options. Actually, you'll need to do this whenever you start the game because blind compatibility mode needs to be activated each time you begin as otherwise a lot of stuff

Hi Charles, I am pretty sure that you will know the chainsaw when you hear it. It is a chainsaw sound, that is a small gas powered engine. And yes you are hearing a woodpecker, a peacock, an elephant and a lion that you are running passed as the jungle and jungle drums are in the background.
