Don't know if you can get a down loadable copy or not. I'm running windows 7 with a 64 bit processor. To answer your other question, go to your local game store and pick up Microsoft flight simulator version ten gold. also known as FSX Gold. It will have two dvd's in the nice hard plastic case.
