There are no rides etc by default.
As for how many rides etc to add that is entirely personal. There is
no right or wrong answer how many rides to add the first couple of

That is strange. I have played Park Boss many times and while rides do
tend to break down once and a while it is nowhere to the extent you
are talking about here. So I'm truly puzzled why you are having so
many problems with the game, and why rides are repeatedly breaking

To open it go to the office and select attraction management. The option to
open the park is in that menu.
