Hiya,
Been gone for a while and just getting somewhat caught up with some things. I
got some thoughts on the monty alpha, although it isn't very in depth.
I still have the old monty, and could compare them somewhat.
1: The male / female voice didn't make a diffrence at all. I barely even
noticed
and levels are pretty much stable
and then work on some sort of update feature that turns sounds on and
off based on the room or area you are in.

Hi,
The scroll wheel is kind of neat, and I have seen it used for things like
throttle. You scroll up and you go faster, you scroll down and you go
slower. I don't recall the sighted game that used this, or maybe I was
able to program that particular button. By the way, the scroll whell is

Hello list,
I think someone was already talking about this subject, but I wanted to ask
more generally.
Before losing my sight, I played this game called Bridge commander. It was a
trek game and the cool thing about it was that you could hook up a mic headset
that came with the game. When you

consider the merits of a race. You go as fast as possible around and around

Hi,
The only way the sighted companies will bother with the blind gaming

First: if the blind community in the gaming industry starts raking in large

I have to admit, the gunship game would be awesome and it would be my first

great game as well to try.

Ace shooter is kind of a neat little game. Thanks for making it.

I think purists of the origianal game would want the male character. But
considering that the main character would perform exactly the same excepting
the voice of one gender or the other, I would say that it really doesn't

Hi,
That might be so, but how would sony then expect anyone to make a home brew
game for their system unless there was a way to port it in and out?memory
card? Ethernet? It would kind of defeat the purpose, if that was the case,
at least in my opinion.

I remember playing Kingdom Hearts and when I could see and it was tough as
