Hi Che,
Well, to be honest about it Mac users buy Macs so they can get away from
Windows XP and Vista. In many ways Mac OS is superior to Windows with
less chrashes and instabilities and less viruses. It is just the
accessibility hasn't fully caught up to that of XP yet.

Hi,
If Che was using C# I'd say he could probably do it using Mono which is
the .NET Framework for Mac, but unfortunately he chose VB.NET which at
last check is unsupported on Mac.
In addition he'd have to abandon DirectX for some open source solutions
such as OpenAL, SDL, etc.

hi tom
given this statement would you then use game cider please to allow
mac users like myself to play your game slike monty raceway, etcetera?
that way no matter what platform the clients use they can gain access
to your games at the same price and have the same level of playability
will
a bit more playing time (and tried out the mouse).
Beware the Grue!
Dark.

I don't want to say just yet, as I have to make sure the server can
handle
it as well as Rail Racer.
I'll know in a couple of weeks though.
It is nothing like Rail Racer though, a far more simple game for sure

I thought macs were capable of running xp now, is that not the case?
The blind gaming market is pretty small, and I imagine the mac blind
gamers market is even smaller.
How many mac users do we have on list here

Yup, I have one that will be out fairly shortly to help pay for my
dedicated server, which at $120 a month takes a bite out of the budget, but
is absolutely necessary for multi player
