Sorry to hear about this. But the answer is very simple. When you die, you
lose everything you have collected up to that point. When you come back, you
have 1 med kit, 1 field kit, 1 pistol, and 55 9 mm ammo.
So, there are 2 things you can do.
1. Buy it.
2. Find it.
It doesn't get any ea
But I'd already saved my game and died before without losing my silencer.
