Don't know if anyone except Shaun tried this game. If yes, tell me, how one can
make a server and invite other players? In the text mode, I didn't find out how
to do that.

You need to run services.msc then start the dopewars service the
dopewars server service.
I plan to actually make a podcast on that at some point.
It was only because I was mucking round looking for something fully
different that I even stumbled on dopewars at all.
It used to exist ages ago
