Along lines of discussion about first accessible games, etc., did a quick search, and came across site with above title, and they seem to be offering download links for things like a VMWare version of DOS, along with links to download what seem to be instances of original dos-based screenreaders, like ASAPI, jaws for dos - apparently freeware/abandonware now, etc. etc.: http://www.allinaccess.com/happ/
