Hi Ari,
Afraid not. All the developer does is have Sapi default to voice 0,
which is whatever Windows is set to, and that is the voice that comes up
speaking. Now, allot of games like Jim's games and my games have the
option of to indipendantly switch the voice, but some programs do not.

You can't change it directly with in quest, but you can change the
voice.
