Online scenario: A different track throughout the year to match those run
by NASCAR) Monday and Tuesday, time trials at designated times, only 1
racer at a time for the designated number of laps. The top 42 are entered
in the race.

Wednesday through Saturday: Practice, open any time for those who made it
to the race.

Sunday: The race is held at a designated time, and can be viewed by all but
only the 42 with the fastest times on Monday and Tuesday are entered in the
race. For those who didn't make it into the race, better luck next time.

If you're woried about not being able to race online, don't worry. Gamers
can arrange to race at any time just for fun.
